We had 5 more adoptions!
Paris went to her new home. What an awesome home too. This is the family that adopted Bam and Bender from us earlier. A great cat home. They fell in love with Paris the moment they saw her!
Kikae and Kester--brother/sister grey kittens went to a family with 3 kids. I do believe these 2 kittens will fit right in and know they have a wonderful home! So exciting--they are a special present to their special daughter.
Jester and Masana--went to a family that we have known for a long time. Many years ago, they adopted Hal from us. I'm so happy for these two kittens.
It's happened this morning--all the doors, front and back have been opened and the cats and kittens are all free roaming. Right now, the last persian kitten Purrlissa (will go to her new home soon) is on my desk, batting the tail of Zelda. I do believe Zelda will set her right on cat rules! Trey is up also as is Kota and KaeKae. They have just fit right in--they were ready for this added freedom. I even saw Juliette running by! Next, we will try Nsuku. We just want one big happy family!
We had BOXES and Envelopes yesterday. My deepest thanks for your generosity and compassion.

It looks like the Christmas tree is going to make it thru another year--the cats have stayed off of it! They sure have been climbing up to the top shelves to look at it though!
All is good here. I do believe we are finally on the end of this different virus that entered here. There have been no residual affects of this particular virus, for which I'm thankful for. Just takes time, antibiotics and watchfulness, good food, vaccinations. Remember that wonderful fun-raiser we did for Fabio Fiver? That money was designated for medical needs. I am very grateful for that--we have used it heavily to help us with this healing process.
The tree trimmers will be here next week. We have some dead trees on the backside of the playground for the Covies. We need this cleaned up and removed so the branches do not come down and damage the fence. Have to protect our Covies!
They tree trimmers will also remove the tree that is alongside the grey barn where some of the Barnies like to be. This tree has been dead for a couple years and needs removed so no damage happens to the roof. We have to protect our Barnies too!
We had a little snow here yesterday morning early but it has already melted due to warm temps. Now comes the cold--the high this week is to be in the mid teens. We checked and started the snowblowers just in case they are needed.
Take care, have a wonderful Sunday and Christmas. Know that you are important to FFRC!
